Heart Works
Heart Works
Creativity meets health
One heart. Many ways to wellbeing.
Our physical health, emotional wellbeing and sense of belonging are closely connected.
Let’s explore different aspects of heart health through arts and crafts, conversation and shared cultural experiences.
Rather than simply receiving health information, we invite you to create, contribute, share and reflect.
Heart Works offers a welcoming, non-clinical space where conversations about health can happen naturally through creativity and connection.
Eight sessions.
Eight conversations about the heart.
Each session takes the heart as a starting point for exploring health, creativity and our own experiences.

Why Heart Works?
Health is more than information
People rebuilding their lives after migration or displacement may face stress, isolation, language barriers and difficulties navigating health services.
Traditional health information does not always feel accessible or relevant.
Creativity opens another door
Creative activity creates space for reflection, connection and self-expression. Making together can reduce isolation, build confidence and open natural conversations about wellbeing.
